To those of you who have never been to a BIG cup tie, and with no disrespect, there are many, savour tonight's experience, as, if we all get our wish, you will remember it for many many years to come.

I have been going to the game regularly since 1960, and I am so excited I have been awake since 2:30 am, and I will be a right mess by the time it kicks off for me at 3pm! I started taking one of my daughters in the early 80s and she was bitten right away, and although she was lucky enough to have been at Wembley '84, and Rotterdam '85, she has not missed a lot of games since. She will be there tonight with her sister (in my Park End seat) who also went to Nurenburg, and my 11-yr old crazy Blue Grandaughter.

I will be with them and you all in spirit and support, in front of my 6in PC screen, courtesy of Setanta Sport USA, screaming my auld arse head off as usual ! Go and enjoy it, with your family, mates, and other blue brothers; make lots of noise for what is becoming a very good team, you will never forget it!!!

COME ON YOU BLUES!!!!!
AN IF YA KNOW YER HISTORY!!!!!!! ELLO ELLO ELLO!!!!!!!

PS Does anyone know if I can get a full screen on PC, watching in US? I'm a PC novice by the way!

Nice one Jay, I?ll give them a shout for you!

I?ve not been able to eat all day with nerves, god knows what i?ll be like at kick off.

Maybe that?s why I was so thin in the 80s ? loads of big games to supress my appetite.

COYB!!!

Tony, very recognizable. I’m at work and just noticed I’d totally forgotten to eat my lunch (home-made sandwiches, for those who care). Normally, my rambling stomach forces me to have eaten all sandwiches by eleven, if not earlier. And this is only a semi-final? I am utterly jealous to the ones inside the stadium tonight. COYB!

I’ve eaten not only my butties, but some extras as I’m straight on it after work. Make my way to ground, get in thier, get behind the lads......give that toad look-a-like Grant the ’what for’ and watch the lads do a job on these fucking no-name millionaire, no class, no history gang of glory hunters (if any come!)

Jay, I’ll have a sneeky half for you mate & all the other blues all over the world who cannot make it tonight as its people like you what make this club something Chelsea will never be or understand.

The fucking best...........OH WE HATE SHANKLY etc etc

I?m traveling down from Edinburgh, Scotland with 3 other blues, to experience that feeling I had when we beat Bayern Munich 3 - 1. I just have that feeling in my bones, that its going to be one of those nights again!!!

Hope they let me in with a fog horn.

LETS ALL GET BEHIND THE BLUES TONIGHT, I?M THERE TO MAKE AS MUCH NOISE AS POSSIBLE, I HOPE YOU DO TOO... my fog horn and my big mouth will make sure of that.

ITS OUR NIGHT, ITS OUR TIME TO TURN THE NOISE LEVEL LIKE IT WAS ALL THOSE YEARS AGO. LETS RAISE THE ROOF!!!! COYB!!!

For those who are going to the game. Please make as much noise as possible, even if we go a goal down. Lets scare the life out of them. Give the Chelski players abuse every time they come for corners and throw ins. We can be the 12th man and with the noise, we can hopefully persuade the ref to give a few decisions our away. Everyone going to the game has a big part to play in it as well as the players. Make the most of it and enjoy the night even if we loose ?cos it?ll be over in a flash. On a final note lets show the arrogant Grant that we are a proper football club and a big Everton family. How he compares us to some small club in Israel. Lets make him eat his word.

Jay I am in the US and I watch it on www.setanta.com. Choose the broadband option , its about $15 a month (worth it since they show about 3 everton games a month, plus all the other teams. Yes it will display in fullscreen simply by double clicking it.

That’s it..can’t concentrate any more...off to the match. Got me lucky nasal spray, me 1966 penny, kissed the Rotterdam Final programme, said a prayer to Dixie.
I’ll raise a glass with the toast ’to Absent Friends’ for all you Blues worldwide who will be with us in spirit tonight. We’re all lucky to be members of this wonderful family. God, I love this club.

Christ 5:30pm cant come quickly enough!! I’m sat here at work with my head up my arse. This time tomorrow i’ll eithere be furiously planning a February weekend in London or screening calls from mates wanting to take the piss. Its terrible pressure but something i could easily get used to! Come on lads lets do it tonight and make all those narrow defeats, shocking ref errors and media jibes all go away with a glorious 90th minute winner. See you at Goodison tonight my friends!!

I started to get butterflies watching Spurs last night. I tossed and turned a lot in bed. I've had this strange feeling in my stomach all day. To everyone going tonight, let's raise the roof stand up all game like the mancs do, Let's fuckin go for it, young and old.

When Bayern scored first in 84 I remember turning to my mate and saying ??We?ll beat these??. I've never forgot the Paddock since what a game.

Jay try watching it via http://www.fsicrew.info/

Once the stream is opened the button in the bottom right (ish) area opens the player in media player which is bigger (but not full screen size so isnt too pixelated)

Oh my gawd, I have that fight or flight feeling all day. I?m down sarf and can?t get to the game. This waiting is awful. I know you boys and girls are gonna make the Old Lady rock tonight. keep it clean and do us proud NSNO

One other thing, is it ok to cry in front of my 11 year old son? I think I?ll be ok if we lose, but if no when we win I will not be able to hold back. It?ll be tangible proof to him that we are indeed great. He?s heard my stories, seen the piccies and watched the DVD?s, now we just need to show the youngsters what its all about and give them confirmation, if needed, that they were CHOSEN by the BEST!!

Makes me proud and sad to read all of these comments. Proud cos we’re all one fantastic family and sad because like Jay I’m an exiled blue and can’t be there tonight. Make the noise for all us blues who can’t be there and keep the faith - it’s gonna happen!!

I can't wait... don't finish work till 18;15...got no nails left...... Please, please , please..everybody...let them know how much you want it tonight...we can make all the difference... Dont get on the players backs... When Bayern scored 1st back in 85 the ground went quiet for about 2 seconds.. and then we started up a wall of noise again... Best night ever... it was better than Rotterdam or Wembley... even though I cried in 84... Let's drag the lads over the finishing line and go back again...

COYB..!!!!!!!

Right, I am going the game now and I will tell you my arse is twitching, but I am confident we will rise to the occasion and beat these glory seekers. I just want the kick off now. This is going to be a night to remember... I am convinced we can do it and if the players are convinced ? we will win!
