I’m with you Jack - although I can’t afford to put £500 on it I am willing to have a flutter at those odds - you never know chuck we might just pull it off and then it will be a case of "He who laughs last, laughs longest"

It’s a long shot but in the game of life sometimes you have to throw caution to the wind and go with your heart. Next time you’re throwing caution to the wind can you toss some over to row A in Gwladys Street - some of the new 20s would do!

The odds have gone up to 300-1 against Everton winning outright since your bet.

I thought when bets were placed, the odds reduced ??

Thats a shame that, I come into a bit of money recently and was feeling on top of the world.
I would have stuck a monkey, or even a gorrila on the Blues winning the league but after reading Tony ’Les Miserables’ Marsh’s posts over the last few days I went and spent all my money on Smiths cd’s and some black paint for me bedroom.
Heaven knows Im miserable now.

Every preseason I have bets on who finishes higher or the shite,who goes further in the cups and who will win the derby games so I’m usually£30-£40 down but this season because the bets were made during the week of Athens they have given me a 12point lead in the prem and a one goal start in the goodison derby and 2goals at analfield they have tried to wriggle out claiming it was ale talk but the bets been struck,so I think I will have £25 on top four as Im confident ill be winning my other bets

I wager a carton of beer with the same redshite fan that we finish higher than them.We have had the same bet for 35 years.
So far I have bought 32 cartons while he coughed up for only 3. At least I get to help drink his winnings.
