Moyes

Can anyone tell me what IMWT stands for ??

From the lack of signings [big names or even squad players]and lack of investment from the board [again with europe on the horizon] I'm beginning to think it should stand for IN MARSH WE TRUST???

lest we forget pre moyes we were the all conquering Everton and Moyes has taken us backwards.

Get a life.
Realists understand we are not owned by a billionaire and cant compete with the top4. you obviously have a self deluded sens of grandeur.

Under the circumstances I dont think any other manager in the league would be any more successful. In Moyes I trust. In smith walker kendall etc etc etc i do not

If it was mate, get a sense of humour. Oh! Sorry were not allowed one are we when it comes to anything Everton and daring to have a swipe at the Moysiah.
By the way. The tea i love is PG tips, but i do have a soft spot for Typhoo.

why would it be directed at you, you did nto start the thread. yet this website has become a mouth piece for the anti moyes brigade, who i am assuming are all forty somethings as they still believe Everton to be the biggest and best team in the country who have a god given right to challenge at the top of the league. Unfortuantley that has not been the case for many many years.

excuse the spelling mistake it was the red mist!

Harry. I have been a moyes doubter myself in the past.
But like you, i don’t think we have a right to be challenging for the top spots.
All i want is for us to be successful and if that is under Moyes then i will be the happiest man in Godison.
But if not. Then let’s just move on. I genuinely hope he is up to the task though.

but thats the difference your perception of success is winning trophies. obviously I would love silverware to Everton but at the moment the odd league/fa cup is the best we can hope for. we are simply worlds away from the chelsea’s etc of this world.

Perhaps its time to acknowledge that saving us from certain relegation in his first few months. Transforming the team into what now seems to be a consistent top 7/8 team, and replacing the likes of ginola, gasgoine, blomqvist etc etc with Arteta, Cahill, Lescott, Johnson IS success in itself.

Again i dont think under the circumstances any other manager in the league could of done a better

However Moyes will not have the chance to take us any further unless some sort of billionaire takes over. You cannot compete at the top of prem these days unless owned by a billionaire

i think it maybe possible to break into the top 4 without having unlimited funds but not win league. We have already done it once, however how much luck we had.

Moyes is doing a great job, but now is the time to kick on and establish ourselves as a top 6 team every season and maybe win a domestic cup now and then and progress further and further in the uefa cup each season, that is very possible! very hard work, but possible!
