Rantings of a desperate man

Comments (19)

Another fantastic team performace from a committed squad of players, depleted further by the loss of Arteta. Any team in the land that has no recognised main strikers fit, and two of the main midfield players missing would have struggled to offer any more of a threat going forward, yet we still managed to draw first blood ? even with home advantage and a strike force costing more than most of our team unable to break us down ? this was a master class in how to defend.

Now after reading Mr Benitez's rant in the morning papers, I for one hear and see a man under pressure, a man who has quite obviously been out-classed technically by his counterpart. A man who has had riches to lavish on players and yet are still no where near capable of beating us. Everyone saw what happend to Keegan when the pressure got to him, and this has all the hallmarks of a man in decline ? bereft of ideas, he can only lash out at a team that shows more spirit and courage than he could dream of ? he has nothing else left but to blame us for his lack of progress at a mediocre club.

I for one welcome his outburst ? it shows just how much damage we have caused them and highlighted just what is needed to make a successful football team, a united squad, commited to the cause and each other ? money can never buy that. Bring on the replay ? Mr Benitez must have the same feeling as me ? Liverpool are getting beaten!!

WE LOVE YOU EVERTON!!!

The guy just lacks any class, he is losing it big time, maybe all the Norwegians will have a protest march about teams defending against them its so unfair not to let them win, talk of delusion.

I think the Spanish waiter's comments are funny. He is just pissed off that his team of expensive talent could not break down a resolute Everton defence & team performance. I think he is trying to goad David Moyes into having a go at Liverpool in the replay. Liverpool are at their best when they are inviting teams on to them and countering. We will attack more in the replay but we have enough to cope with them.

To me the best (most stupid) thing about Benitez?s comments is that when he accuses Everton of playing negative football, he conveniently forgets that it was that exact way of playing that has brought him success in Europe.... he is clearly a dope!!

Benitez is an arsehole of the highest order, and has been since the day he arrived on Merseyside. The man has no class, no integrity and no dignity. Let?s just treat him and his pathetic remarks with the utter contempt they deserve.

Forget Manuel, he looks like ?Rene? from ?Allo Allo.? Only difference is his arse is wider. Here is a two-faced twat who doesn?t like mind games but wants to tell us how we should play!?

So we should have gone ?gung ho?? Come home to reality and please bring the cheque! We were Rocky to their Apollo Creed and only a doughnut would expect us to claim a victory at Anfield.

We went their with 5 first teamers missing, Neville in midfield, a CD Midfielder who was clearly off of the pace, no strikers (including Anichebe) against (possibly) the best Liverpool side in 20 years ? who had a full complement of players and options.

Yet our cup dream is alive with a better chance of going through! Had Mourinho been in Moyes?s shoes he would be heralded a tactical genius.

Football is not always about winning, sometimes you have to utilize damage liability in order to survive.

Let?s see how the bastard handles Fellaini, Arteta and possibly Saha (or another) at Goodison!

Dance in darkness
Dance alone
Dance until you fade...
Until the last string of energy leaves you
Dance until the tears flow

Sing into the night
Sing where no one can hear
Sing until you no longer care
Until your voice fails you
Sing until you go numb

Pray in secret
Pray your own way
Pray until you exhaust your mind
Until you have no more thoughts
Pray until you feel sane

Hide your thoughts
Hide inside your mind
Hide your true self behind a mask
Until you find one just like you
Hide until it drives you mad

Scream in anger
Scream aloud
Scream in bitter sadness
Until only silence meets your ears
Scream until you wake up....

Benitez is a clown who has clearly lost the plot. He seems to enjoy bad-mouthing Everton as well (small club etc). I can´t remember Moyes ever making any disrespectful comment towards the RS. What Moyes has achieved he's done on a shoestring. Give him a fraction of Rafa's riches and imagine what he could do.

Let’s not make too big a fuss of this, he might get the sack!

Yes laugh, but laugh quietly, I don’t think Mourinho is too far out of their reach.

What a great week to be an Evertonian. And what pleasure it is to watch the fat spanish waiter rant and dribble. "We sincerely apoligize, Señor Benitez, that we had the audacity to draw twice on the hallowed ground of Anfield. We also apologize on behalf of Stoke City, who too had the audicity to draw twice 0:0 with Liverpool FC. Apologiies!"

Actually, no, fuck off Beneathus, you fat bastard. COYB

Liverpool are below the pace to win the Premier League and Rafa doesn?t have the bottle. Liverpool must do everything to get Mourinho whatever the cost. Nothing else will satisfy. Good luck Reds.

How does that song go again?

Oh yea... "We don’t care what the red shite say, what the hell do we care?"

Apparently one hulluvalot, judging by these incredible mailbag threads. And amidst them, we have Evertonians boasting of our class, dignity and style? Hmmm... what’s wrong with this picture???

The final word has to go to Moyesy: "... we do things with a bit of dignity at Everton."

The Fat Waiter won't have a job at Liverpool next season anyway. With the money they now owe, the little money club (in real terms) will be in administration, sunk beyond all trace with all the money [£600million] and that is before any ground is paid for ,but this time there will be no Everton Sir John Morres Family to bail them out.

As the saying goes those who understand need no explanation, those who don’t understand don’t matter.

Its a joy to listen to the ramblings of red shites at work who still argue they had all the possession. That may be the case but give Everton their budget and a fully fit squad and we could have put 5 past them.

Graham Nolan spot on , the thing is he can try whatever mind games he wants Moyes can’t do anything different because of our lack of fit players.
Watching the match [ i turned up late and didn’t know what was on either bench ] i was worried that Rafa might bring on Keane or Benyoun as i thought they might give us more trouble than Babel or the cheating diving fucking argie, i spoke to a red outside the pub at half time and mentioned this he agreed but said Quote " that fat spanish twat hasn’t even got him on the bench the lads still on 1in 2 but he’s given his spot to fuckin Ngog "
Chuffed he’s Lpl manager

I've just seen Rafa Benitez in a bar watching the West Brom - Man Utd game. His reaction to the Berbatov goal: "Why do West Brom play such open football, no? They are stupid, sure. Alec Ferguson has used his influence again to change this match. It's a fact! No?"
