As in apparel for the discerning Evertonian. I see a report that JJB is closing down a few thousand stores because of the recession. Does this mean it'll be even more difficult to get Everton-wear ? Seems to me like we need a new distributor. Maybe Keith Wyness could do something about it?!

Robert Elstone has intimated a couple of times this month that the club will be switching suppliers when the JJB contract is up in a few months, so there is hope yet.

Has anyone actually ever seen an Everton shirt in JJB store to be honest?

Most pathetic deal ever...

I’ve heard that next season we will be supplied by Kitbag and Nike will design our kits. Anyone else know about this?

My mate managed to find me one for a birthday present hidden away on the bottom shelf, behind a rack, in the far distant corner of the JJB shop in Reading. And then had to deal with the planet's much ignorant and rude shop staff in order to by it. He felt that the whole procedure was designed from preventing anyone ever buying an Everton shirt.

I?m sure JJB have a minimum spot requirement for staff. Chav?s exist in modern society to provide workers for JJB. JJB has all the class of the FSW.

Er...the green ones make me happy, the blue ones calm me down...

Simon Webbe,

Shouldn?t that read "biggest exaggeration ever"?

You?ve never seen an Everton shirt in JJB? Really? Maybe you should stop going out to the shops in that blindfold.

Because of the recession, I understand that Everton FC will engage the famous Thai Factory to produce those "FAKE" jerseys for Everton that you can get for 1 quid (tat you see so many Asians are wearing these days... cos they?re all FAKE but looks like the real stuff)....

Anyway... that's something that would make the kits more affordable for people like me, who lives in a 3rd world country...

Oh course I?m having a hard time finding those fake Everton shirts here in Malaysia cos all you see are Manures, ARSE, Redshites, Chelsea (even SPURS!).

Surprised no one has clicked to the fact that Kitbag are an online merchandiser with no retail outlets per se. In that case where in Liverpool other than right next to the stadium are we to have a store? Do we open one in Liverpool One like we should have last year and missed the boat? Do we return to supplying the old vendors which met our demands so well before KW fucked it up?
