Conspiracy WTF

Comments (14)

If I were a conspiracy theorist, I would say that our semi-final is being played on Sunday rather than the obvious choice of Saturday to give Man United time to recover from a trip to Portugal and a tough quarter-final...

If I were a conspiracy theorist, I would think that Mike Riley has been appointed match referee out of the blue because he is a red...

If I were a conspiracy theorist, I would point out that David Moyes was set up by the media to make comments about the match referee...

If I were a conspiracy theorist, I would think that the hatchet job done by the BBC on Marouane Fellaini was done to upset a very young and influential Everton player before the semi-final?

But I am not a conspiracy theorist ? and furthermore believe it's eleven players against eleven players on the day and we will win. I am picking 1-0 with the Fellaini scoring and we will have to hang on to a lead for a long and difficult last twenty minutes? anyone for a prediction?

2-1, Timmy header, Man Utd equalizer and then last-minute strike by Saha to send us through.

I really think that if we?re going to win this, we need a clean sheet. Whenever we let in a goal our defence?s confidence is shattered and we?re on edge the rest of the game.

I predict 2-0 to the Toffees: Lescott and Saha.

We?ll only get to score one and that?ll be enough... Cahill, 63rd minute, from a corner... on the right *LOL*.

Everton 1-0 ? I can ?feel it in my fingers, I can feel it in my toes...? ? in fact I can feel it enough to have convinced the wife that I should spend a bloody fortune getting FA Cup Final tickets for 30 May for the whole family and getting us there from Sydney (got to get the kids hooked early!).

If I?m wrong please pray for me as you?ll never hear from me again as my wife will have killed me ? she may kill me anyway even if we win once we have to move into a tent to finance it all!!

One nil, one nil, one nil, one nil.....

The bookies don’t fancy us so there is excellent value on Everton scorecasts. On ladbrokes, Cahill and 1-0 is 60/1! Lescott and 1-0 is 150/1! They are my tips, fingers crossed...

Well, I am a conspiracy theorist and predict the following;
Fellani booked first 15 mins.
Hibbert booked first time he tackles C. Ronaldo (how dare he!).
Cahill booked for trying to win a header (the cheeky bastard, trying to win the ball, can’t have that can we?).
WE get every 50/50 decision in our favour only if its 70 yards from THEIR goal and out by the touchline, THEY get every 50/50 thats 20 yards from OUR goal.
WE have a penalty claim waved away, and get a couple more booked for having the nerve to appeal to the ref, THEY have a penalty claim given and WE get a couple booked for disputing the pen.
Apart from that i think the ref will be very fair and be praised by everyone from THAT BASTARD HANSEN!!!! and THAT BIGGER BASTARD LAWRENSON!!!!!!!

I really fear Ray may be right. Our name may be on the cup, but unfortunately Sky / BBC / FA would prefer a Big Four final again.

Lescott, Fellaini and Cahill will all get a chance. One of them will score. It’s down to Howard, Jags and Neville to keep it at 1-0. COYB!

I am very confident about tomorrow and, for some reason, reckon Hibbert will break his duck in a 1-0 - miscued cross fools keeper and sneaks in.

Now what odds would you get on that!

If I was a betting man, I'd punt 3-0 United, Carrick 1st... But I'm an Everton Fan and go 1-0 Everton, Cahill.

Whilst I'm utterly buzzing with excitement, I'm not with optimism like so many are. Even United fans are scared.

Excuse my negativity, 17 years old, haven't witnessed many Everton victories over United.
