As I have no chance of getting a ticket for the final next week, I decided to go to the Gillingham v Shrewsbury play-off final yesterday as my manager is a avid Gills fan. I am so jealous off all Evertonians who have a ticket as, if yesterday had anything to go by, you are all going to have the best day of your life. From 9:00 in the morning, the pubs were full of singing fans and, even though there was only just over 50000 at the game, the atmosphere was awesome!!
Everyone going should make the most of this day and enjoy every minute.
Is there any South Wales supporters heading into Cardiff next week to watch the match. I would be interested in meeting up to watch the game as I am fed up of cheering on my own in the local pubs. Hopefully we can get a fair few out and and drown out the Chelsea bums.
