Who is calling the shots?

Like all true Blues I am as dismayed and disappointed as anyone over the start (or lack of it) to this season. What worries me most is the demeanor of Davey Moyes ? he has looked totally downbeat right from the off. What has happened to the animated leader who looked every player in the eye on the pitch before the Fulham game? You just knew that he was establishing which players were up to the challenge and which players he would subsequently replace.
Fast forward 6 years or so and you see a different persona altogether. So what has caused this to happen? Is it the contract that remains unsigned? I have the utmost admiration for what he has achieved on such limited funds even though I have not always been impressed with his style of football. But I do not believe that he is greedy. Could it be that it is something deeper?
For example, who decided that Phil Neville has to start every match? That does not appear to be consistent with Moyes's ethos of team spirit, hard work and earning a place in the team on merit. Does Yakubu fit into the category of striker that he has previously favoured? I think not. Were the transfers at the last minute his choice? If he chose to sign Castillo (who was arguably our best midfield player in the first leg) why was he not used at all in the away leg?
Things are not right but I don't think that the truth will come out unless it really does go tits up. In the meantime we need to get behind the team and make it fortress Goodison again.

We reall need to get class into this squad.
Get rid of Neville soon before he?s responsible for us getting relegated.
Come Jan, please get Bryce Moon as Neville's replacement. We can pick up this player for peanuts.
I understand that recent results have pursuaded Mr Moyes to take the deal on offer and that he will sign the forms today.
Aren’t we the lucky ones!
Moyes has lost his way and it is reflected in his team’s performances. This is due to poor transfer policy and inability to progress the team from a grity 4-5-1 to a more expansive 4-4-2. For years we have needed a better midfield with balance. All we have now is 4 or 5 midgets who can play on their day, but when it comes to the big teams they are frequently outplayed. We have no width or genuine wingers. I mean most fans can predict how we will play before the game and so can other managers, so we are easy to work out. Plan A goes out the window and plan b as we all know is long ball and percentage football. It apperas however that some blues seem happy with this just because we are not in the relegation zone anymore.
So Harry, are you saying that BK, picks the team, and chooses the transfer targets?
Another piece clutching at straws!!
On Neville consider this: Fottball is an entertainment business. Does Neville actually entertain anyone? Well, perhaps yes, the opposition are laughing their bollocks off. He may be a good talker and comes out with inspirational messages. So, give him a job as an after dinner speaker - cos he certainly does not walk the walk. Yes he has pedigree - but only because he was surrounded at Man U by 10 other top class players - in an average team he looks below average. But - for him to relinquish the captaincy then another has to step up - there seems a dirth of confident leaders in his present squad - shrinking violets - so he who shouts loudest gets the vote. But to us he certainly is not a Gerrard or inspirational - I never see any kid with ’Neville’ on his back - that’s the sad part for an Everton Captain.
What it is Harry, it has finally sunk into his thick skull that he really is fucking clueless !!!!!
