The Real Blues

Today was the first time this season I have really enjoyed watching the blues, especially in the second half. Just now need to keep it going.
Just one little point. Why didn't our manager bring on the subs a bit earlier? You could see both the Yak and Sahra were tired as was Fellaini. Great goal... and he looks better every game. Beat both Bolton and Fulham and the days are bright again.
Happy to go to work on Monday and my 2 grandchildren in Canada were over the moon.
Happy days !!!

Yes, it was another game surely crying out for the energy and enthusiasm of Vaughan. Why is he being held back so much? Can't help starting to believe the Marsh mumblings about him being black-balled by The Ginger One...
He can't chance Vaughan for more than 10-15 mins because the lad hasn't learned to control himself yet. He is so enthusiastic, he let's it get in the way of making rational decisions on the pitch. II don't know if anyone remembers it but in a game earlier in season he picked up the ball outside our box and went on a run when he tried to beat about 4 of the opponents when Yakubu and Arteta were screaming to release them. Vaughan never once picked his head up and looked for a pass. He got the almighty bollocking from Arteta and Yakubu.
He?s got to learn when to press, when to pass, when to go it alone ? it will come in time, but he isn't ready to start yet.
Good second half performance and great to see us actually playing some half-decent football against a Sky 4 side. Good day today. Just wanted to point out that when Manchester United scored at home against Liverpool and Gary Neville reacted by kissing the badge on his shirt in front of the Liverpool fans, he got an almighty bollocking from the FA (and if my failing memory serves, he either got a fine or a ban). Wayne Rooney done exactly the same thing today albeit not following a winning goal ? cause they didn?t get one! Yet the incident will pass the FA by...
Now I dont think Rooney should be done for it but then it was a joke that Gary Neville was done for it but surely both incidents should be treated equally? They won't be because we are Everton and because of that, Brown stays on the pitch when he is the last man, Ronaldo gets a free kick every time he falls over, and Rooney gets away with crowd incitement in an age when farting in the direction of the opposition is a yellow card.
But fear not 'cause very little injustice that goes against us will go in favour of the evil kopites, it?s true it?s damn true!
Mike, I remember the Vauhan incident you refer to. However, I think today that Ferdinand was rattled and Vaughan would have rattled him a lot more. Big Vic could have done the same. What happened in the second half today was that we lost respect for Man Utd and in doing so showed them up for the inflated Prima Donnas they are. Ferdinand looked like a fool, Ronaldo looked like a bitch and Rooney demonstrated once and for all, that all the footballing talent or money in the world can?t give you class.
Yes happy days indeed, hope we keep that form over the coming weeks. Also I know its off topic but Spurs have sacked ANOTHER manager, who was one of the best in the world before he went there. Gave me a laugh.
Agree with those who say that Vaughan is a bit impetuous... his silly foul created a last minute free kick for Utd in a very dangerous position... imagine Moyes?s reaction if we?d lost as a result... Vaughan would be sent off to Coventry... or worse!
I actually watched MOTD on a Saturday for once. I thought the changing point was the Neville/Ronaldo incident; fair play to neville. Crowd really got behind the boys then and it seemed to fire the players up. About time they had a bit of fight in them.
Can't believe that numpty Ferguson moaning that his players didn't get enough protection!! The next level of protection would have been an armed guard each, because whenever our players got within 5 yards of their players, the ref had his whistle in his mouth. Neville's tackle was class, he was booked for a follow through and Ronaldo was already falling (surprise surprise) because of Pienaar! MOTD didn't even show Giggs?s two-footer from behind on Saha followed by a handshake from the ref!
And don?t get me started on the fact that there were only 4 prem games on yesterday, we are playing the Champions, a great game ? and still we cannot get on first on MOTD!!!
And when Vidic took Yak out. Wasn't he the last man and isn't that usually a red card for us.
Alex Ferguson is a bad prick. Seriously that cunt would argue that black was white and the pope was jewish. I can’t believe that after yesterday’s totally one-sided performance from the referee he has the sheer cheek to have a go at him. He should be hauled up in front of the FA and fined... but that’s just wishful thinking from me that isn’t it, since he’s that fucking untouchable (he’s a pensioner for fuck’s sake, why is everyone so scared of him??). How he also has the belief that Rooney was booked thanks to the crowd is another fucking joke.
About the game yesterday, I thought that 2nd half we were fucking brilliant, and more than deserved a point. I’ve never seen us play that well for a while, never mind kick Man Utd’s ass like we did in the 2nd half. Pienaar, Fellaini (repetition going on here but he’s getting better each game), Jags and especially Neville (!) had brilliant games - so please Moyes, stick by your guns and don’t fuck around with the team on Wednesday.
And about that little, scruffy, grave stone teethed, baldy, fat fucker Rooney... well it’s Everton 1 - 0 Rooney isn’t it? I mean here’s a player who was bang on form before the game, but ended up having a shocker, losing the plot, let the fans get to him with all the shirt kissing and ended up getting subbed with 20 minutes to go... so job well done on the Rooney front I’d say!
Anyways, well done blue boys, let’s just hope yesterday’s performance is a catalyst for a bit of a winning streak now.
NSNO.
What struck me most about the match yesterday was that:-
Wayne Rooney has teeth like sugar puffs...
You are dead right there. Rooney has got teeth like a row of bombed houses. His bird must like kissing shit cos he sure looks like he cant use a toothbrush.
Got what he deserved on Saturday and as usual lost the plot. Is he really a scouser ? Keep losing the plot Wayne cos we love it. Your title hopes are now over!
Great to see SAF so downhearted. He probably knows it to, hence his appeal from Sky refs to give them even more help. It would have been hard to get any more than they did from Spare Tyre Wiley. What a gut eh. Probably gets that drinking with his godson Giggsy. Handshake instead of a yellow. What next?
Nice to see a gutsy display.
