Derby Day Disaster

By Tony Marsh :  30/11/2009 :  Comments (0) :
WHY did David Moyes let the worst Liverpool side in living memory take all three points at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon?

Let's get it right here; Moyes is so gutless when he sets out his stall that it must surely filter through to the players. Any side who have taken it to the Red shite this season have come away with a win yet DM can't find in himself to have a fucking go... WHY?

If Moyes gives out the signals that he is scared and worried then surely it must transmit its self through to the players while giving the opposition a boost. "We are Everton and we are shit scared of you" it should say above the tunnel at Goodison Park these days because that what we are — shit scared.

We play to the Moyes mantra of holding on for draw and hoping to nick a goal. WTF kind of attitude is that to adopt? We should be nowhere near the relegation zone but Deadly Dave is forcing us down there... Grow some balls, Davey!

4-5-1 at home is a disgrace, especially when you are 1-0 down in a derby with 25 minutes to go. Why the fuck can't this manager of ours get out of shithouse mode?

I am sick to death of the negative lack of bottle performances that Moyes has our lads churning out every week. It's no wonder they appear not to give a fuck. Who would in their shoes?

One win in eleven says it all and we are conceding goals at an alarming rate. Yet what do we hear on Sunday... "Oh Davey Moyes" booming out of the Street End.

What's wrong with these people? How can any sane Evertonian defend this utter dross? Why would any football fan want to watch and applaud the shite Moyes has our players taking part in? CRAP FOOTY is now the acceptable norm at this club and that really kills me.

I don't give a shit what happens in Athens this week as the sooner we go out of the Europa League, the better. Moyes has no place taking part in European games... Premier League survival is now the main objective. The less humiliation the better for me.

Like I said a few months ago bottom 3 by Chrimbo is a real possibility, in fact it's almost a certainty when you look at the fixture list but still we read on these pages about 5th place finishes and a cup final day out.

No one was moaning then they say.. Well I was and so were many others. Some of us aren't as easily fooled — as the Kirkby debacle proved. Reaching the cup final last season was as much to do with Alex Ferguson's semi-final team selection as it was Moyes's greatness.

I know that DM won't get fucked off but if he stays and continues in his his futile football methods then we will be well and truely knackered.

We need to start attacking sides and show no fear or respect. We need the manager to let the players of the leash and let them express themselves... We all know he won't though... don't we?

Lots of our fans keep telling me we should've won or at least got a draw on Sunday... but we didn't. Apart from the double save Reina made in the second half, we didnt trouble him on any other occasion.

Lots of huff and puff but nothing in the final third. "Why attack when you can defend?" is the Moyes message. Throw up the barricades and hope for the best!

Jo is getting slaughtered again but let's see any of you lot play up front on your own with 3 defenders marking you as the ball is aimed continually at your head. It's fucking pathetic. Hoofball and 4-5-1 is a disaster waiting to happen... and happen it has.

Jo is supposed to take the ball on his head or chest control it, turn, and then run at goal while the midfield stand around scratching their balls... If you want to crucify someone nail Bily to the cross. Another Waste of Space Big Money buy from Moyes. No strength, no pace and no vision. What did Dopey Dave see in this kid?

The reality of our season now is that a 4th from bottom finish will be a success. Relegation seemed a million miles away last May; now it's a very scarey prospect

David Moyes has lost the plot, the dressing room, and his once legendary status amongst the young Evertonians... Me? Well, I am just losing my mind and it's getting harder to follow Everton as it's ever been.

Where's Joe Royle when you need him? Bring back the Dogs of War, I say... Beat this shite any day of the week.
