Importance of the Europa League

Now, I know the Europa League has it's debate over it's worth.. playing so many games for little financial gain.. but gaining cup success etc.
Now though, one RS has come out and said he wants the team to go out a win it?
This has given me slightly more desire to see us put out decent teams and put in a strong attempt to win it!
It's not often we have a DECENT chance to have a more successful season than our rivals.. and not playing well to boot! CLASSIC
