Happy Days!

'The Fonz' will get to see this line up of our boys today...
Everton: Howard, Hibbert, Yobo, Distin, Baines, Pienaar, Heitinga, Fellaini, Cahill, Bilyaletdinov, Jo. Subs: Nash, Saha, Gosling, Yakubu, Neill, Coleman, Baxter
I would never have thought Jo would have made the starting line-up for today and i guess the only consolation is the fact that Torres is out for today. Good to see Billy, Felli and Pienaar back, but no Rodwell. I had expected to see Hibbert in ahead of Neill today and i'm quite pleased by that one but gutted to see Saha hasn't made the starting line-up.
I hope Jo proves us all wrong and that his hair proves as big a hit as the Fonz's.
If you didn't know, 'The Fonz' is at the game today.
A good result for us today could see better days to come. Here's to 'Happy Days'...

I’m getting pissed off with all these sodding goals from deflections we are conceding. Perhaps we may as well let them take the shot, Howard might have a chance of saving it then.
I’ve seen enough. 15 points from 16 games after we’ve done this and the next two. Can’t be bothered watching Moyes/BK kill the club. I’ve got problems of my own.

We are only one down and are playing better than them. I wouldnt get all down and out.....yet
Barn Door! What a miss...
We are all over them. come on boys
Thanks for the link Ged - Iraqgoals seems to be currently bonkers, any others?
I haven’t seen us so dominant in the derby in years but of course those cunts would have to go and grab a jammy fucking goal. We’re all over them and Billy and Jo have missed 2 great chances. Pienaar, Timmy and the big Fella are all playing really well. crucial we don’t let the cunts grab a second or it’s curtains, think we’ll get the next one though...COYB
folks....try this link...more stable than iraqgoals at the mo http://www.p2pvip.net/chn3.html
Fantastic save from Howard...phew
no sooner do I post the link than the sodding thing freezes......arrgghhh!!!

sorry kieran..missed out last little bit copy and paste’n
Kick-off here in Vancouver was 5:30 a.m. Some of the best footy Everton have played all year.
Same old derby shit - we batter them, they either a) score a fluke or b) get a referee as a 12th man. On the plus side, we’re by no means embarrassing ourselves.
All in all, a good first half, think if we keep it up second 3 points are ours for the taken...
thanks god for peanuts being back
Saha on for Heitinga please. Game has passed him by.
We can pass! What the heck is going on?! Saha in the second half, please.
Funny that Tom, I acctually think Heitinga has been okay, he has got stuck in, and had a go.
I’m with brian. watched it and think johny is playing well, not missed a tackle
We’ve looked good. what a crap goal!
The energy and effort have seemed to return. Thank God.
Watching it here in Vancouver too (Joseph Elworthy, know many blues here?), and noticed how quiet the Liverpool fans have benn. They know they are useless and getting outplayed here. Come on Everton. We can have these............
Agree with Brian - Hettinga is holding it all together
peter - can you post the full link again pls

working well
Hi Michael - here in Kitsilano there’s a few of us around. We had our own corner at the Frog and Firckin on FA Cup morning
I think the commentators just summed it up actually, there would be a huge difference if the Yak or the King were on the pitch. Jo has contributed very little.
We need to get one of them on ASAP, but I guess we just dont know how fit they are...
This is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst Liverpool team in living memory and we’re still huffing and puffing against the cunts...need to get Yak or Louie on because Jo is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst striker to play for us in living memory
Fellaini is finally having a good game, showing some good touches and passion. In fact, the whole team are showing some fight. I just hope we can make it count!! We are still not creating enough chances...
This must be how West Ham and Portsmouth felt when they played us.
Steve, clearly you’ve blanked out the Brett Angel era!!
Can’t say I blame you!
where the fuck is the yak,
come on Moyes
Jimmy Saville can’t you fix it ?
On the subject of Jo, anybody else noticed how deadly he is when he’s offside!
Perhaps that’s the key....
I feel like they are going to get a 2nd
some crank on http://www.hoodamtv.net/ch1.htm
Jo’s done ok, but COME ON KING LOUIS! BTW it’s easy to forget we’re actually behind in this game, so shite are the shite.
Joseph, i live in kitsilano too. email me michael.byrne@vch.ca
would be nice to see some other blues in vancouver
benayoun is a danger man he could kill the game
0-2...thats just fucking typical...

Shit tackle from Kuyt of Felli and no yellow card!
Let’s not get anyone sent off for thowing a hissy fit.
So we need about 25 points which is 8 wins and a draw.

Fair do’s tho the ref is giving them free kicks for everything
The ball has also bounced their way about every time presented Christopher... the bottom line is even when we play well we can’t win it seems. The end is coming?
I know we have few options, but Yobo has been a liability for years.......
Also, Saha has looked quite awful.
As long as Hibbert and Yobo start in our back 4 we will concede. They were never Premier League quality. I can see why Moyes is obsessed with buying defenders.
Has Yak touched the ball since he came on? He returned from injury 2 months ago and he’s still a big fat lump of shite. His lazy ass should be sold along with Yobo's.
Well it’s a nice consolation for Moyes to know that in return for 3 games, 3 defeats and 8 goals conceded this week that he will receive a £70k pay check.
So the two things I root for, us to do well and Liverpool to crash out of the top four took a big hit today. Liverpool got a lucky jumpstart win and we look more and more like we are the next Portsmouth.
Moyes can’t be blamed for that one Kieran... I think apart from a fit Saha it is a team most of us would've picked (excluding Yobo’s mistakes)
@ Kieran: That’s what really makes my blood boil. The sheer amount of money these clowns get for making us so miserable, while I can’t even afford to travel to a single match this season (I live in Ireland).
Shut up Redknapp...you patronising cunt.
Right we need to buy a new keeper in January. Yobo is and should remain our 3rd choice defender. Jo hasn;t got it and its pointless playing a loan player we have no intention of buying when we could be giving match expereince to our younger players, pack him back off to Shity.
Other then that another really annoying defeat against a team we blatently out played. Somethings got to give.

Carragher saying Liverpool deserved the win. My Arse!
Jay Woods - well said
Joey Brown - I think a lot of people will be thinking the same !
"Happy Days !" ... NO
Moyes shows too much loyalty to his players, eg Osman — captain, what the fuck? He needs to learn how to fuck players off if they're not performing — how many times over the years have Osman, Cahill, Hibbert, Yobo, Neville to name a few, started or stayed on the pitch. He needs to be more ruthless to be more successful. Jo wants to fuck off on the next banana boat back to Brazil.
That said, we were very unlucky today, we should've won and Pienaar should start in the middle till Arteta gets back!
New keeper? No... A few new defenders? Yes please
I thought Pienaar and Fellaini were excellent today, Bily just needs games. The Yak and Saha are proven quality.
If I am being honest, the only real quality defenders we have are Jag and Baines.
Mark I agree. I think he is too loyal to this squad of average players. Football has become ruthless, to ruthless for Mr. nice guy Moyes.
Mark - I don’t understand why you choose to have a go at Osman and Neville when they weren’t even on the fucking pitch today...they wouldn’t have been any worse than Heitinga and Billy (to a lesser extent) were today. Some people love to have a pop at these lads just for the sake of it...unlike others in the team, they would show some fight
Brett - Baines quality defender? Far from it I’m afraid, I like the lad but he’s having a stinker of a season defensively, caught again today gor Kuyts goal.
steve- im not having a go at osman or neville, im using them as an example to point out moyes shows too much loyalty to the squad.
personally i like osman, many dont, and neville might not be technically the best but what he brings to the team in other areas eg.leadership is different class.
But there is times when both these players are god damn awful and need to be subbed, but they dont. I think moyes should give the kids a run out once in a while to show the lads that there not bullet proof and if you dont perfom you dont play.....simples!!
