Blue Nets

Comments (4)

I've wanted to say this for quite some time: What's the score with the Goodison nets? They have to be white — we need to see, for all us Evertonians who can't get to the game, the bulge when we score, that only a white net can provide. I know it might sound silly but white nets are the best.

Second bottle of red opened soon and I think the girlfriend's going to leave me soon.

If that is the only thing you’ve got moan about after a game versus United then it must have been a good day.

Enjoy the hangover, I’ve already got mine. Should never have stopped drinking.

Ever thought of asking the girlfriend to wear blue nets?

Come to think of it (no, not that), rouge is one of the very few forms of red I approve of.

Salud!

Have to agree the dark coloured nets are rubbish. You can’t tell if the ball is in the net or not, e.g. Rooney’s free kick yesterday, I thought it was in the net when in fact it was wide. My heart sank for a moment as that would have been 2-2.... Get the white nets back at Goodison!!
