Quite where Everton are supposed to find £13.5m for anyone doesn't seem to have factored into talkSPORT's report that there Blues are battling Arsenal for the signature of Bundesliga hotshot, Papiss Demba Cisse.

The 26 year-old has scored 32 goals in the last 18 months for Freiberg.
