Everton are being linked with a January move for Catania striker Maxi Lopez who is apparently out of favour at the Serie A club and has been put up for sale at around £4m.

Great another striker for Moyes's bench. Can't anyone tell dithering D where strikers are positioned (on the pitch).

No doubt it will never happen but might not be a bad call if it does. Played for Barcelona if I'm not mistaken and was quite a hit for a few months. Seems like a Moyes signing in the sense that he's obviously talented with something to prove. This might have legs.
