David Moyes was in attendance at Crewe Alexandra yesterday watching teenage prospect Nick Powell against Aldershot.

The Blues' boss was joined in the crowd by Sir Alex Ferguson and his assistant Mike Phelan to scout the 18 year-old who has been turning heads in League Two this season with 15 goals and is valued at around £3m.

Powell has 50 appearances already under his belt for Crewe and has represented England at U-16, U-17 and U-18 levels.

You see there's the thing.....you dont get that kind of direct reporting on the BBC. The blokes a twat , but it takes TW to let it be known. If ever there was a post to end a thread, that's it.
