The Daily Mail claims that David Moyes went to St Andrews on Wednesday night to watch Blackpool striker Matt Phillips, who just happened to score the crucial second goal to ensure his side's place in the Championship play-off final.

Don't think he will be cheap so I would say it's a no-go. And is he that good anyway? Better than what we have? Not sure.

My dad goes to the same bookies as his Grandad, and his Grandad really rates him! He's more of a goal scoring winger.. My dad mentioned these rumours to him the other week, and he said Matt would not mind a move to Everton as he would not have to move house!

just watching B'Pool in the play-off - I think he would be a decent addition for a couple of mill. Not brill tho

I'm watching him right now too. Very impressed with his movement and confidence. Not at all impressed with his finishing.
