Time to get behind the lads
With a week of mourning behind us and more doom and gloom on here than an episode of eastenders, don't you think enough is enough and it's time to get behind the lads tomorrow and do the only thing we can do in the circumstances SUPPORT OUR CLUB!
Don't forget we are born not manufactured
We can't change and won't change whatever the outcome. We have had some fantastic performances this season and there are some great games coming up, the season is not over yet.
Do you really think the players meant to lose last week? Regardless of ability we have some very honest professionals on that pitch who will be embarrassed knowing they are better than that, they will be doing their bit tomorrow to put it right.
As for the manager I agree with the majority his time is nearly up, but give the guy some credit and respect for raising our expectations.
As for Kenwright, his crime is he's a millionaire not a billionaire, he is just as much an Evertonian as us and he will be hurting. Wherever he takes us and to what the future holds who knows, but he doesn't deserve the bile that is thrown at him from some quarters on here.
I for one will be right behind the lads tomorrow I don't know any different, we have a brilliant record against City, I can't see why we can't get something from them tomorrow and even if we don't then I will always proud to be a Blue, whoever is wearing the shirt or running the club !
Come on, lads make them have it.

From turning a blind eye to Kenwright's litany of shifty antics to indulging Moyes comments of he'd do it all again after the anfield debacle these buggers have taken the piss once too often.
The echo has been summoned to try and play the sympathy card while Moyes has said more in 24 hrs regarding Everton ambition than he has in 11 years yet they still don't get it - actions speak louder than words.
Moyes giving a decision on his contract and restoring AGMs would be a start.
They behave like tinpot dictators strutting around confident of full control of the oiks and of course if we were in a relegation fight loyalty would be unswerving but the club has gone to this well once too often it's time they started earning it.
The best way to support this club is to do something that brings change - if that means not going the match or going and venting your spleen - so be it.

This bunch own a cash cow. A cash cow. As long as they give the next manager, like Moyes, enough funding to stay out of relegation, they'll just keep raking in the sheckles. Plain and simple. What we supporters think or want is irrelevant.
With the massive TV windfall about to kick in next season, Green and them could care less if EFC wins any damn thing. Just stay in the EPL, nothing more. That lets them pay the bills and pocket the rest.
Add to this, the vultures circling to sign Fella and Baines? You, me and all the other millions of supporters are fucked.
But, today, COYB. Fuck ManCity.

"As for Kenwright, his crime is he's a millionaire not a billionaire, he is just as much an Evertonian as us and he will be hurting"
A millionaire who has technically not put any money into the club he apparently loves. A man who pays a fortune and earns a fortune through stage productions but has not paid a penny into Everton Football Club. Yet, he expects a 4.5 increase in his shares when he sells. If he really is an Evertonian he should be ashamed of himself

As someone so rightly said football is part of the 'Entertainment Industry' while Dour Davey most certainly isn't.

I can think of a few more "crimes" myself tbh.

Why should they ever be "off form"? They are professionals and presumably amongst the elite in their chosen careers. The salaries they demand, and receive, should be an indication of their expertise, yet very few of them display such expertise with any regularity.
Football is an extraordinarily simple game. An outfield player in possession of the ball can do one of only three things: pass, shoot or dribble (perhaps a fourth option, dive, should be included). Some players can do none of these things well, yet still "earn" millions of pounds. How can this be?
Football is played by millions and watched by billions around the world. The most run-of-the-mill players are worshipped and treated like royalty, their every word reported to their slavering fans.
Why should they be "got behind" simply because they play football? They should surely earn the right in each and every game to enjoy the support of the spectators? It is not an automatic right.
If you went to the doctor and he diagnosed you incorrectly would you think "Oh, never mind, he's going through a bad spell?" No you wouldn't, yet something as relatively trivial as football is treated as a special case, where the most shockingly inept performances are written off as "a bad day at the office" etc.
I fully accept that anybody can make a genuine mistake at any time, but for a whole team to play so badly, when that same team has shown itself capable of so much more, both individually and collectively, is reprehensible and should not be excused or tolerated.
