Everton interested in Almeria's Vidal

Everton are one of a number of Premier League clubs supposedly tracking Aleix Vidal of La Liga side, Almeria.

Sky Sports claim that the Blues have joined West Ham, Aston Villa and Newcastle in the hunt of for the 24 year-old who scored six times last season and weighed in with five assists.

The report suggests that Vidal, who can play "anywhere across the midfield or up front," is also being eyed by Sevilla, Valencia and Villarreal in Spain.

Strengthening the squad is the priority especially as some players will be on the move. RM has connections it seems on the Spanish front and that could help with certain aquisitions.

Money is the main key as always with the Blues so it remains to be seen who he can tempt. Would be nice if any new players could play most of the season without being crocked.

I would like this to be true and for us to sign him just to show we are able to 'out appeal' and outbid these English clubs and Spanish clubs, and then for the lad to have a Michu like impact.

He doesn't look so good from YouTube. Josuha Guilavogui looks much better.

No, I think he means Gore Vidal, Dermot.
