... World Everton Day! Get In!!
Come on, admit it, if it was supporters of any other club proposing such a thing you wouldn't be thinking 'Wow. World Aston Villa Day?  That is, quite simply, a wonderful idea. Possibly the most ingenious idea anyone's come up with since some cunt actually sat down and created 'Dogtanian and the Three Muskahounds'. This is going to win them a legion of new fans and never-ending flattering press coverage. Why didn't Everton and their insipid, initiative sapped, publicity department think of it first? The pack of useless Joeys'.Â
Nope. You would be sneering, shaking your head and spitting out the words "Fuck ooooooooooff. What a bunch of bells." Then you, along with supporters of every other club in the country, would be straight on the phone, texting your mates and mercilessly taking the piss. Quite rightly so as well.

Thanks for resurrecting this. I did write to the club back in Feb but got the usual "Thanks for your submission and we will pass on to the relevant people etc". So, basically nothing has happened on that front. Still, I think that your suggestion that we create our own fan led WED is a good one. Even if it starts small, at least it is a start and hopefully over time it may grow.
Given that it is just under 3 weeks away, I think that we should keep it very simple. My suggestions would be that:-
1. We set up some shared site (Facebook, Instagram, etc) as a focal point for a) advising of any meetings/events and b) to post photos afterwards.
2) That on the day (Thurs 7th Aug), Evertonians all over the world either individually or collectively "show their colours" and post photos.
That's it for now. Maybe the good folks at ToffeeWeb could assist with promoting this and/or contacting other supporter groups around the globe? All feedback/suggestions appreciated.
