Many of the surviving players of Everton's 1950s teams, including Jimmy Harris and Derek Temple, will be signing copies of Dave Hickson's posthumous autobiography, The Cannonball Kid, at Waterstones Liverpool One this Saturday between 12:30 and 1:30pm.

If you're in town pre-match, do come along and say hello.

And remember, Dave's family have acceded to his wish that the Everton Former Players Foundation and the Lily Centre benefit from the royalties – so it's all for a good cause!
