Wish I could sign up to bet but we're banned over here. Biggest bummer is Chelsea is playing the same time as us so NBC will cover them and I'll have to resort to the iPad and NBC Extra Time to watch us.

Best of luck to Newcastle. Weird team though. You can never tell how they are going to play.

Should have accepted the free bet. So Man City manage to beat Man Utd (just) which leaves them with their worst start to a campaign since 1986-87, when Atkinson was sacked.

Things getting a bit spicy at Villa Park.
Benteke red was justified I think for being overly aggressive, before the bitch-slap.
The Ref's mistake was to allow the players to intimidate him over the Vertongen foul that never was... non-contact game indeed. That should never have been a foul, never mind a yellow card.
Talking of which, should he not book players for getting in his face like that? Something you never see our nice boys doing...

Big Dunc wouldn' t have lasted 10 minutes in this current no contact era and every foul seems to be worthy of a yellow card minimum.

FFS every time I watch Spurs they seem to play for about 10-15 mins and end up winning games they have been pretty poor in.

Two teams today that have managed to make use of their numerical advantage.
I don't think we had a single shot on target once they went down to 10, did we?

Patrick,
Spurs looked toothless up front, very poor. The game changed when Kane came on.

Patrick, I know! Spurs are doing my head in and have been for a while now with their jammy bastard late goals. I would love nothing better than to draw them in the Europa League and thrash them whilst sticking two fingers up to that knob Levy!

Sad to see that former blue Stuart McCall has resigned his post at Motherwell. I always liked Stuart; although not a local lad, he understood what it meant to play for the Toffees.
