I think the RS draw in the Cup will mean a replay a few days before the derby. Hopefully it will sap a bit of their energy - we need any advantage we can get at the moment.

Basically regular and loud support for the team throughout the 90 minutes.

I will always remember the dreadful tackle Gerrard made on Naysmith in the 2002 derby while the Everton man lay defenceless on the floor. The worst, and most underhanded, I can remember in a Merseyside derby.

Alan (374) That was actually sang the night Beardsly and Mo Johnston scored to turn around a derby game we were losing 1-0, finished up the winners that night.

It was sung by Howard Kendall, a few of the players and lots of supporters in the players lounge right after that game.
