My son can't make the Derby and I want to take an adult.
I can't find any information on the official site and they don't have a contact us phone number.
If you do it through the ticket phone number, when you get to the right match it just says its a full house and drops you out.

The answer, if anyone is in the same position, is to drop in the ticket before the match to the Goodison Road ticket office, they will then print you an adult ticket for a "small fee", keeping the concession season ticket and after the match you can then pick it up again.
