Kevin Sheedy's side went ahead midway through the first half when Steven Kinsella ran into the box only to be brought down. Striker Dyson netted the resulting spot-kick. In the second half, Holland bundled home from close range after good work by Dyson before substitute Edge fired in from the edge of the area soon after the hour-mark.
The entire outfield was swapped out on the hour-mark, with forwards Brewster and Newell adding their names to the scoresheet, while Bury's late goal was mere consolation.
