Chris Long, meanwhile, has been included in the England U20s squad for a tournament in the Netherlands next week, with the Young Lions kicking off against Germany on Thursday.
And Luke Garbutt has been called up for the forthcoming U21s European Championship qualifiers.

No Galloway, Browning, Ledson, Mcaleny, Kenny etc hopefully there will be more in the coming years.

Maybe be happy for our players who are getting called up instead of taking the opportunity to tell everyone how bad they are?

Throw in Long at U20, Garbutt at U21 and guys like Jones, Byrne, Kennedy, not forgetting David Henen, all playing for their respective countries, and we look to have a good crop of youngsters. Whether they can break into the PL squad after good international exposure is another matter, of course... eg, Lundstram.

Frankly, I have more confidence in Stones right now than in Jags. but either way it leaves me cold that any of our players have to risk their limbs playing for that other London club, England.
