Report: Everton concerned Osman may need surgery
The veteran midfielder was absent from the team sheet against Queens Park Rangers on Monday night and has apparently had his foot in a protective boot as he recovers from an injury that he presumably picked up in training.
His absence could exacerbate Roberto Martinez's midfield selection problems should James McCarthy's spell in the sidelines be prolonged further and Kevin Mirallas's ankle injury keep him out of action for any length of time.

Playing a little deeper allows him to receive the ball in front of him and he has that bit more guile than any other player presently on our books. His 400th league game goal illustrated the fact clearly as he ran half the length of the pitch to be in position to slot home and that was late on.
Hope he returns soon otherwise we will need to dig deep next month to find an adequate replacement for him. We now need a wide man and a playmaker plus a goalkeeper to replace Tim soon.

They can't figure out why both of his big toes are on the right hand side of each foot

Did Osman slip up in training showing Besic how Case finished Nulty off? Now there was a player who wore the Blue shirt with very little skill along with Belfitt I donÂt think Osman will be considered in their class.
