05/03/2015  Comments (3)  jump

Tickets for the Europa League Round of 16 fixture away to Dynamo Kyiv will go on sale from 8am on Friday, March 6.

The Club has received an initial allocation of 1,500 tickets, priced at 1 each. Please note, tickets purchased for the fixture will ONLY be available for collection from an Everton-administered facility in Kyiv. This will ensure that tickets are allocated only to those travelling for the game on Thursday, March 19.

If you do not intend to travel please do not buy a ticket. While all uncollected tickets will be cancelled and refunded, only tickets collected and used in Kyiv will be recorded as an away credit.

Supporters are asked to ensure that they supply a fully up-to-date email address and mobile phone number when purchasing their ticket.

Details of where, when and how fans will be able to collect tickets in Kyiv will be emailed directly to the lead purchaser on Monday, March 15. If you do not receive this email by 9am on Tuesday, March 16, you should contact the Everton Fan Centre on 0871 663 1878* (option 2).

Tickets will go on sale in the following order of priority and are subject to availability:

14/15 STHs on Friday, March 6 from 8am

General sale on Monday, March 9 from 8am.

The Club's official travel partners Thomas Cook are offering an overnight package to Ukraine. For further information and to register interest, visit http://www.thomascooksport.com/

Shareholders wishing to apply for tickets should contact paula.fenwick@evertonfc.com no later than 9am on Monday, March 9. Applications after this date will not be considered. All tickets are issued subject to availability. Everton Lounge Members should contact the corporate sales team directly via hospitality@evertonfc.com or 0151 530 5300.

Tickets can be purchased over the phone on 0871 663 1878* (option 2), or in person at the Park End box office. Please note all booking fees will be waived for this transaction over the phone. Opening times for all our ticketing outlets can be found here.

Please note that the customer number of each attending supporter must be given at the point of sale.

Really confusing. We (my son and I) are travelling from Canada. Tried to book with Thomas Cook for Kiev away and was informed we can book but are not guaranteed a ticket. They referred us to Everton, called Everton, they tried to refer us back to Thomas Cook.

In essence we can book with Thomas Cook with no guarantee of ticket for the game. Any help would be appreciated.

John, I've sent you an email with a direct EFC contact who should be able to help you out. Let me know if you didn't receive it.

The only problem booking with Thomas Cook John is you need to first and foremost qualify for an away ticket to get on their trip. If you don't qualify then your application will be refused. Once your application is made Thomas Cook consult the club to see if you qualify for a ticket. Suppose it may depend on how many book on their trip before they will consider a general sale to supporters?
