The Welsh U21 international made his debut for the senior Blues side against Krasnodar at Goodison Park in December and he will now get the chance to play more regular first-team football for the Pilgrims. When they start doing well at Championship level, which Chris Long has been doing in spurts, then it's reasonable to start thinking they might have a future in the first team.
