Blues face competition for Robertson
West Ham United have reportedly entered the equation with regard to Dundee United left back Andrew Robertson who has been linked with Everton for the past year.
Roberto Martinez is believed to be keen on the 20-year-old but speculation suggesting a bid from the Blues was imminent in each of the last two transfer windows failed to amount to anything concrete.
Reports suggest that the Hammers have had a second offer, believed to be £1.5M, knocked back by United.
According to the Liverpool Echo, Robertson could initially be loaned out to a Championship side should be he join Everton to aid his development as understudy to Leighton Baines and Bryan Oviedo.
