Everton tempt Tadic away from Saints
It's not clear how reliable they are – the signs are that it's a hoax – but reports in the Netherlands are suggesting that Everton might be taking advantage of Dusan Tadic's stalled move to Southampton by nipping in with an offer of their own.
The pacy Serbian forward was linked with the Blues earlier in the summer but new Saints boss Ronald Koeman looked to have secured his signature in a £9m deal.
The move has hit a snag, though, and Everton could be the beneficiary — or the cause! — if these latest reports are true.
Tadic was not involved in FC Twente's first pre-season friendly this past weekend which suggests he is in the process of finalising a move away from the Eredivisie.
The consensus appears to be that Tadic will sign for Southampton in the coming days.
