It's good to see a reference to Howard's famous team talk at Stoke in the FA Cup 3rd round in 1984, when he simply opened the dressing room window for the players to listen to the crowd.

Quite what prompted the manic pre-match atmosphere amongst our support that day I'll never know, but I do know I'll never forget it. Everyone who contributed to it can take a bit of credit for the success that followed.
