Jonjoe Kenny has joined Oxford United on an initial one-month loan it has been announced.

The 18-year-old fullback is a regular in Everton's U21s side and has already had one stint away from Finch Farm on loan at Wigan Athletic earlier this season.

Kenny will link up with former Everton Academy player John Lundstram at the Us.

Good team for him to go to. Play nice football and seem to have a good manager in Atherton. I've always liked the way the lad goes about his game, definitely think he will play in our first team at some point.

I've always liked young Kenny. If the ball bounced between five players, he'd be the first to react. Doesn't do anything fancy but does things properly. Captained every youth side he has ever played for and will hopefully have a successful future. Good luck Jonjoe.

Harold (#2), I echo all of that; tough little player, hard and fair, won't hold back for a second, loves Everton and he will be better off playing in this league than playing for the U21s, got another Scouser down there with him to keep him company. Go and learn, Jonjoe.
