Everton have revealed a short film to launch its 2016/17 Season Ticket campaign at an exclusive premiere for fans.
The Blues, who have become widely renowned for creating emotive and engaging video content celebrating supporters, launched the centre-piece of the 2016/17 Season Ticket campaign, entitled ‘Nothing Will Be The Same’ on Wednesday evening at a VIP event for just 50 guests, which was attended by Captain Phil Jagielka and Club Ambassador Graeme Sharp.
The Club then held a series of three additional screenings at The Box at FACT Cinema on Wood Street for 150 VIP supporters who registered to attend an exclusive preview of the video.
The new 2016/17 Season Ticket campaign is based around the well-known Alan Ball quote, "Once Everton has touched you nothing will be the same".
The film features four Season Ticket holders and tells their own personal story of their memories and experiences with the Club. Using social media, Everton supporters were asked to share their memories and from this four Season Tickets holders were cast to feature in the four-minute film.
Richard Kenyon Everton’s Director of Marketing and Communications said: “We are really pleased with the film. Through the memories and stories of the Evertonians featured we’re certain that all fans will be able to recognise something familiar to them. It was truly humbling to hear from the fans who starred in the film just how much the Club means to them. As the campaign progresses we’re looking forward to more fans getting involved and sharing their stories with us.
“We are confident that the video, coupled with the reductions of the vast majority of Season Ticket prices, will support another successful Season Ticket campaign,” added Kenyon.
Earlier this month Everton announced a reduction in Season Ticket prices for all Adults for the 2016/17 campaign, as part of the Club’s commitment to affordable football. The reduction means an adult seat for 2016/17 will be available from only £420 during the Early Bird period.
Season Tickets for young Evertonians aged 11 and under are frozen, remaining at £95 – just £5 per game. The Club has also lifted the upper age limit for young Blues from 16 to 18 years old, so prices for supporters aged 12-18 will be £149 throughout the stadium.
Fans aged between 18 and 22 will be able to buy a ‘Young Adult’ Season Ticket fixed at £299 across all stands, costing our young adult fans less than £16 per game to watch Premier League action at Goodison Park.
Prices are also reduced in the Senior category with a Season Ticket in any stand in the stadium reduced to £299.
The Early Bird window for Season Ticket sales will open on Monday, 21 March at 8am and will remain open until midnight on Wednesday, 25 May. The Guarantee Your Seat Deadline for existing Season Ticket holders is Tuesday, 3 May.
Everton will continue to offer a nine-month interest free payment option through MasterCard, and a Direct Debit facility available over 10 monthly instalments. There will be no booking fee for online transactions.
2016/17 Season Tickets will be on sale from 8am on Monday, 21 March. For full pricing details or to register your interest, visit evertonfc.com/1617.
