Every age group manage to get results, might be worth promoting a few!

Just an idea.

Another victory, some good prospects in the club. We could do worse than put a couple on the bench for the first team – even if it is just to be around the first team players, watch and learn. They could learn how not to make the mistakes the seniors are making at the moment!!!

Time to give Dowell, Williams or, dare I say, Brewster a chance.

The team is lacking desire, motivation, spirit. A couple of kids could come in and give a boost; look at the lad at Man Utd and his impact.

We are going neither up nor down in the league so keep the "best" XI for the cup semi final and give rewards to the likes of Dowell, Brewster, Williams, Evans etc and put them in the first team squad for a few games to experience what it's like.

Who knows? It may even show the regular first-teamers that they aren't untouchable!
