Everton handed extra semi-final ticket allocation

Everton have been informed that the club will receive a further allocation for Wembley against either West Ham or Manchester United.

A shortage of uptake from FA partners for the 23rd April semi-final means that extra tickets from various locations in the stadium will go on sale to supporters on 8th April priced at £60.

These plus remaining tickets from the original allocation will be available from 8am on Friday.

A notice on evertonfc.com reads as follows:

Supporters with 5+ individual home match purchases from the 2015-16 season (including home Cup fixtures) per customer number will be eligible to purchase*.

We would ask supporters to note that the game has now been taken off sale while the additional allocation is loaded onto the ticketing system in readiness for going live again on Friday.

Season Ticket holders who have yet to purchase will be able to again from Friday morning but will no longer be guaranteed a ticket.

Fans are strongly advised to purchase online to avoid congestion on the telephone. There will be no sales in-person.

Ticket purchases will be subject to a Special Delivery fee of £6.45 and a further £1.50 booking fee per ticket if purchased over the phone. It will not be possible to refund or exchange tickets which have already been processed.

Should any remaining tickets be available beyond this weekend, a further announcement will be made on Monday 11 April.

* Please note that the forthcoming Southampton game is not included.

You obviously care enough to be the first to post on a new thread Kev! Don't believe anyone who says that (including me). Ya can't leave it behind.

The allocation is still nowhere near what it should be, but this has to be good news.

The more we have down there, the better.

Same as Kev. Don't really care until we get a new manager. Yet another disappointing weekend lies ahead.

So some of the FA's partners have not taken up their allocation. Should read the prawn sandwich brigade have got better things to do at 5:30 on a Saturday night. But you can bet that they will all be there for the final. And unlike the semi-final all our season ticket holders if we get through won't be guaranteed a ticket for the final.

You are so right, Ged. But it's like a curse which you can never be rid off (or if you do, you were never genuine in the fist place).

What ale houses are everyone heading for down there? Can't decide whether to stop over or drive straight home.

Can't be arsed bumping in to the Mancs or the Hammers.

Same here, what's the use of getting all worked up, excited only to be let down yet again!

Crying in your beer, putting the worlds to right or should that be Everton to rights.

I seem to remember Paul Lambert getting sacked last season before their semi, with Tim Sherwood taking over.

I don't know why we couldn't of done the same, just getting one of the number of ex-blues coaches we have at the club, we might have a better chance getting to the final.

But as Bill said we have a great manager, where's that pint to cry into?

Danny if I had one, I would give it you free of charge mate, I stopped going midway through this season, I love Everton, but I cannot face watching what this manager is doing to our team.

Not even a cup final ticket would tempt me to go, until this clown has been relieved of his duty.

God bless yer Danny Broderick, willing to pay double for tickets even when we are lower than a snake's belly at the moment. I hope, Danny, that you do not have to pay over the odds for your tickets and get them at a FAIR price.

I will pay half the face value for a spare ticket. Seems a bit of an odd game this semi-final. It's like Turkeys voting for Christmas.

I am going to be in London on business during the weekend for the FA Cup and I'm looking for a ticket and to hang out with some Everton supporters. I am really excited to go to this game. Even if you don't have a ticket I would really appreciate some advice on how to get a ticket to the game. COYB!

Ross , tickets for this are like gold dust. Maybe ask Roberto , got a feeling, he won't be needing his. Good luck getting one .
