Whether or not you want the manager gone, I don't believe anyone wants the humiliation he would certainly have to endure should he stay for that final day. I know personally, that I would have to leave the ground rather than see him go through that ordeal. Whatever happens on Sunday let's hope that the owner (that's what he is) and chairman have anticipated this scenario and act accordingly.

It would mean no direct abuse to players or manager but still deliver a strong message that would be captured by the press and would finally show Martinez that he HAS LOST THE FANS... as he walks around a 6% full Goodison Park! Media pressure is one thing the board will pay attention to.

But then is that just paving the road to hell with good intentions.....? I guess he knows the deal so he'll be fully prepared for whatever comes his way on Sunday. To be fair, the few million stuffed down of the back of his pants will soften the blow better than any copy of the Beano...

Thank Kenwright for that!

Either that or the club is totally deluded/oblivious and there will be carnage.

I can't see him going before the game on Sunday, not Kenwright's style. I have nothing against the man, he's tried something, it hasn't worked. Yes, he's losing the fans, but more importantly it would appear that he has lost the senior players, the players are who will keep the club in the division reaping the shareholders its considerable benefits.
A manager cannot effectively manage disgruntled employees, its human nature to not give your full effort when you don't believe in the direction of your company/club, regardless of how much you earn.
Moshiri will be a bright fella, he must see this. Before reinvestment, surely he will want to bring in his own man? We light the candles and wait ...

The few % of people who vote for him to stay in his job must be bored red shite fans.
