Roberto Martinez has stolen a march on Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur to the signature of Bury centre half Matthew Foulds according to a report.
0 Comment MailOnline report that Everton have agreed a deal to sign the 17-year-old when the transfer window opens in January which would add to the Blues stable of thoroughbred English defenders.
Should there be any truth to the story, Foulds would follow Mason Holgate, Brendan Galloway and John Stones as young, home-grown defensive acquisitions picked up by Everton in recent years.
