U18s lose at Aston Villa

Everton Under-18s were beaten by a solitary goal at Aston Villa on Saturday.

A quickly-taken free-kick in the 55th minute proved to be decisive as the younsgters side were edged out in their last fixture before heading to the Dallas Cup.

But the Blues lacked the cutting edge to break through against the Villains.

Everton U18s: Pierce, Morris, Harrington, Collins, Moore, Denny, Scully (60' Mampala), Warren (73' Ouzounidis), Duke-McKenna, Virtanen, Adedoyin (65' Gordon).
Subs not Used: Jones, John.
