On Saturday 10th March, the EFC Heritage Society we will have Spencer Vignes signing the superb book, Lost in France, from Pitch Publishing which is an amazing story of Leigh Roose, a remarkable man who was a doctor, a much-travelled and revered International goalkeeper and, most of all, a war hero who gave his life in WW1.
When our blue friends from Manchester come to town on 31st March, we will be visited by the family of a superb footballer, manager and gentleman, Joe Mercer.
Finally, we have been collecting for KitAid at St Luke's Church and the Matchday Hub for many years and on the 24th March we have another session to send all collected kit , boots trainers shin pads etc to under privileged football lovers around the globe.
