I thoroughly enjoy reading the more witty comments on ToffeeWeb. This got me thinking about a little light relief for summer evenings until we know the new manager and new direction.

What if we could pick famous film stars/actors to play Evertonians in a History of EFC? They could still be alive or not, but be quite good look-a-likes or have the same spirit as individual players or managers, etc.

My first nominations:

Young John Ratzenburger (Cliff from Cheers) as Neville Southall

Cary Grant as Brian Labone

Humphrey Bogart as Harry Catterick.

Perhaps in a few weeks, we could run a poll and produce the definitive EFC Hollywood XI?
