Everton are reportedly interested in defender Reece Oxford whom they hope to sign for £3m this summer.
The Blues are in the hunt for central defensive reinforcements after the sale of Ramiro Funes Mori to Villarreal and Ashley Williams's loan move to Stoke and Sky Sports claim that they are targeting the young Hammers defender.
The 19-year-old has emerged as a highly promising centre half in recent years and, having already made his senior bow for West Ham, he has spent loan spells at Reading and Borussia Mönchengladbach.
