They claim that Everton are keeping an eye on the 22-year-old's situation to see if he elects to sign an extension to his current contract which still has four years to run.
Mancini has begun to attract attention in his 14 appearances for Atalanta this season for whom he has scored four goals.

Just as well Brands and Silva think giving younger players who come through the club a chance.

If we need to raise funds, then sell Tosun, Niasse, Walcott, etc.

Italian defenders haven't really hit it off in the Premier League anyways. I can't see it changing now with this lad.
We've only got the FA Cup to play for; to win it, we need a goal scorer – either buy one or loan one and sell the dead wood. Save money for the summer.

Which 5 central defenders will we have in the summer?
Browning, Pennington, Jagielka and Williams are all out of contract; I doubt Bainsey will get an extension either. Zouma is a loaner and Galloway can't seem to hold down a place in the U23s. We'll have Keane, Mina & Holgate. We need another one.
Me I'd look at Konza at Brentford rather than a young Italian.
Which players would you class as wingers? To me, the likes of Walcott, Richarlison & Lookman are forwards who want to be on the end of a move rather than create one.
For me, the only player we have who can slot in on the wing to create is Bernard.
It's interesting how we all interpret a players position differently.

I see Bernard more of a playmaker, just off a centre-forward, buzzing about and slipping the ball through to our striker and wide forwards.

I don't see any of those players as 'wingers' in the old fashioned sense of hugging the touch line, beating your man and whipping crosses in all day long. I've never actually witnessed Walcott beating anybody so I couldn't actually tell you about his crossing ability.
Richarlison is more of a wide forward. As a lot of 'wingers' started becoming for whatever reason way back when. Maybe they're all egotistical bastards that cant be bothered with the more mundane role of providing chances and want the glory for themselves?
Lookman is possibly the nearest player we have to a winger out of the one's you mention.
Bernard I see as a number 10 but he can play out wide in the Pienaar sense if he has the right player to link with as seen yesterday with Baines.

Presently, we have 2 permanent, 1 in on loan, 1 out on loan and one whose contract expires who the manager says will not be going out on loan. Then there's the 4 youngsters you mention and some are saying that young Feeney looks good and while Lewis who we signed from Newcastle and a Markelo, a Dutch youngster, may be too young.
And as you say, perhaps I should have said "wide men", if that doesn't have a different connotation altogether.
