Yahoo Sport France are claiming that the Blues have been impressed by the former Chelsea winger's form in League 1 and the Champions League for the French club.
Updates Subsequent reports have suggested that Lyon will demand as much as £40m for Traore while the player himself indicates that he is no hurry to leave:
“I am happy at Lyon who have been good for me," he is quoted as saying. "I have ambition but my ambition goes up not down so I do not pay attention to those who cannot breathe Lyon's air.”

Remembering also that we have just entered the silly season, so will be linked with all and sundry, no reflection on Lyndon, as he is only relaying the current links as they are doing the rounds.

Not sure this guy is the one though. Is he even an actual winger?

You need to score to win. The more you create potentially the more goals can be scored.
We don't have a genuine left winger. Siggy is probably on the verge of his peak years. Bernard could create more / maybe even score playing centrally.
Adding pace, power and potentially more goals doesn't sound bad to me. I hope it's through Lookman but I'm happy as long as it's for Everton.

Hes young and still improving, and the fact he flopped at Chelsea isn't a bad thing either, I'm sure a few lads have done well after flopping at Chelsea!
