I am booking my next summer holiday in the UK and want to know the date of the start from the new season 2020-21.
Thank you.

Reinhard it hasn't been announced as they are still debating how to fit fixtures around the mid season world cup.

Reinhard, if they follow the long established pattern, it will be on Saturday 15th August. The FA Community Shield match is on Sunday 9th August. As the next World Cup is not until November/December 2022, it should not interfere with the 2020-21 season.
