After the lunchtime bore-draw at Goodison Park, there were 5 premier League games kicking off at 3 pm, followed by a tasty clash between City and City at the Etihad.

With Liverpool otherwise engaged, there are only two games on Sunday:

Watford vs Man Utd
Spurs vs Chelsea

Vardy... different planet. What a brilliant finish.

Both teams playing football... no bollocks excuses about tiredness.

And now Man City equalize.

Looks like you know who gonna do it late again. Then there's us with Sigs, Michael Keane and a really nice young man up front that occasionally may score. Big task ahead for Carlo.

I know it isn't the subject, but that prick Mané almost kicked the ball to the corner flag and asked for a penalty? I only wish the Premier League had that kind of refereeing/VAR, they would probably midtable by now.

That moment was delicious...

Forgot to add that 'mané' is the Brazilian word for: Arsehole.

Man Utd lose 2-0 to bottom club Watford.

Imagine how Man Utd fans feel now and to repeat my previous sentence, some people think that it's only Everton, that lose to the bottom teams.

Two absolute howlers by goalkeepers today, one by De Gea for Watford's first goal, then one by Gazzaniga, the Spurs goalie to give away a penalty.

God knows what Gazzaniga was thinking? He had all the time in the world to catch the ball, but tried a scissor kick like clearance, completely missed the ball and flattened Alonso. Amazingly Anthony Taylor gave a Spurs free-kick only to be rightfully overturned to a penalty by VAR. Chelsea lead 2-0 at half-time.

And Son gets a red for kicking out.

Surely not Brent, I mean he's just not that type of a player, is he?

Nice guy Son showing true colours?

Brent, but he's not that type of player.

Son IS that type of player!

Red card for Son for violent conduct. Raking his studs up Rudigers chest. Fucking made up!!

But we all knew that.

Jeff, I was being sarcastic. I said how Son went out to get revenge on Gomes. Other clubs' fans kept saying he is not that type of player.

Rob, yeah definite red although minimal contact. He didn't have the ball this time to disguise his nastiness.

Just coming on to say Son's not that kind of player and beaten by about a dozen of you! Now we have the proof, if it was needed, that he's a nasty little shite!

What excuse can they use this time to overturn it? Retroactively reapply the one on Gomes please, now you can see the truth.

Spurs have tried to kick Chelsea off the park. Horrible team got away with it at Goodison, the "saintly" Son being the worst culprit.

Not seen the tackle but I guess this goes to show that Son, despite all the protestations to the contrary after the Gomes tackle, might just be "that kind of player" after all...!

He'd better not get another red card overturned just because he did his innocent, shocked face again...

No gents, you and VAR have it wrong. The loveable, far eastern tyke, had cramp, which made his foot go to Rudiger's chest. Unfortunately he doesn't play in a red shirt, so it won't be rescinded. Thankfully.

Mark, you are right about his face. He looked like butter wouldn't melt. I just hope Seamus doesn't sympathise with him this time!

Son is a niggly over-indulged petulant brat.

His assault on Gomes will never be forgotten, not by me. Maybe Coleman is consoling him now in the dressing room?

Reports emerging of racist behaviour in the match now too. Sad to see this creeping back into the game on a weekly basis and reflective of societal problems as a whole.

This was a much more mature Chelsea team than the one who performed at Goodison recently. They totally outplayed a rough, rugged Spurs team off the field.

Has anyone else seen the latest video of Jordan Pickford pissed standing on a table with fans around him?

I'm not against players letting their hair down but a bit of common sense should be used and Pickford has a bit of a history of knobheadery behaviour.

This fella should be keeping a lower profile with the mishaps of late and I think Ancelotti will be grabbing him by the short and curlies sooner rather than later.

I feel players should enjoy themselves but Pickford sooner or later is going to end up getting chinned on one of these benders, falling awkwardly and breaking a wrist or arm.

You wouldn't see Big Nev or Nigel Martyn acting up on nights out.

I haven't met Pickford in person but he does come across as a bit of a tool that believes in his own hype a bit too much.

The Foxes brought down to earth I see, the Blades still sharp, the Saints go to the Villa and win! (sigh). Bruce getting a tune out of the Toon, racism sadly rearing its ugly head down in Lambeth (sorry, London) and Son sees red (again).

Sadly the Blue Boys still can't pass a fucking ball and our lovable neighbours are the best team on the planet it seems!?

What a wonderful weekend... jeez.

You could not make this up. Rudiger is racially abused by a monkey chant and spurs investigate with the police and a fan is arrested. Only it's a chelsea fan arrested for being racist against, wait for it. Son! Poor little Sonny is going to get away with it again! The poor little angel is the real victim in amongst all this.
