My name is Osian Wilson-Jones and I am a fourth-year International Business student at Plymouth University and am currently completing my final piece of work on Public Relations within English Football. I would be very appreciative if you and some of your members would be able to help me out, by completing the following questionnaire on Everton Football Club and its role in the community.

I realise these are difficult times for everybody and I am trying to finalise my course remotely but I would be very grateful if you could help by completing the questionnaire and asking other members of the fan group to complete as well. I need to gather as many returns as possible within the next 2 weeks and I am happy to discuss if you have any questions about this thesis.
