First big name out. At least one more to drop tomorrow.

Danny, let's hope Everton get through tomorrow, the possibly Spurs.

Just sat down to watch Brighton v Blackpool expecting to see Branthwaite.

Anyone know if he is cup-tied?

I'm going for Wycombe Paul!
Derek Knox

Jay @ 59, Branthwaite went to Blackburn, it was Ellis Simms that went to Blackpool, not sure if he's on bench or what !

Deffo Danny.

I've an old Spurs ma8, who messaged me straight after Marine, and he said then, it's the year ending in 1, which history has proven is a good year for Spurs.

Yep I'm rooting all the way for Wycombe.

I see Luke Garbutt is playing for Blackpool just had a cracking (on target) free kick saved by Brighton's keeper.

I just realized I was being dumb but in my defence I've just woke up here in Florida.

Commentator going on about Bissouma's lack of goals.

They always put their foot in it!

Jay, good thing now is that Blackpool have equalised on the stroke of half time, come on get another and knock another Premier League side out.
Jay Harris
10 Posted 23/01/2021 at 15:59:31
I hope so Derek.

Second half should be interesting.

Brighton really lucky with a big deflection. 2-1 now.

Bobby Mallon

Cmon Cheltenham! Suck it City

15 Posted 23/01/2021 at 19:07:31
Murphy's deadened tones as he describes Cheltenham Town can only mean he's put ten grand on Man City to try and fill that huge tax hole in his finances.
Mark Murphy
16 Posted 23/01/2021 at 19:36:50
Kevin if Murphy was related to me I'd disown him!

He's a knob.

Not sure how true this is as I read it on Twitter but apparently St. Virgil is in the squad today and might be on the bench. Thought he was out for five years???

Richarlison's tackel on that little wanker Thiago mentioned yet a-fucking-
Paul Swan
21 Posted 24/01/2021 at 17:40:39
BBC commentary is so biased towards these bastards. So far tonight we have had the winning goal against Everton mentioned last year plus the Richarlison attempted murder on Thiago. Stand by for the holy trinity of the crucifixion of saint Virgil by Pickford. Hate United but hope they work it up these bastards here

Is jermaine jenus bezzie mates with Alexander Arnold? It's always Trent this and Trent that.

On 31 minutes VD injury was mentioned.
Ian Bennett
25 Posted 24/01/2021 at 17:53:53
16 year old Thierry small supposedly in the squad tonight.
Rob Halligan
26 Posted 24/01/2021 at 17:55:39
Ray, I noticed that but I think it was the challenge by Richarlison on Alcantara that was mentioned.

Just watching the Utd goal back. Is that Robertson running back at Greenwood screaming like a banshee to try and put him off?

Does that class as bad sportsmanship?

Get in St Rashford
Rob Halligan
29 Posted 24/01/2021 at 18:08:54
Yeeeeeeessssssss 2-1. Where was Trent, Jenas, Fucking nowhere!!
Brent Stephens
30 Posted 24/01/2021 at 18:11:00
They only conceded because Rhys Williams missed the interception. And you know why he's having to play - because, who was it now, got injured, by who was it now?
Dennis Stevens
31 Posted 24/01/2021 at 18:21:13
Hopefully it'll go to extra time & pens, before rs eventually lose.
Robert Tressell
32 Posted 24/01/2021 at 18:26:52
I've wondered whether DeBeek might be a good (loan?) signing for us. Hard to judge. Because he's not getting into a rythym at United. But he's not in Fernandes' class, that's for sure.
Jeff Armstrong
33 Posted 24/01/2021 at 18:31:23
What are we ? Utd's partner club for its shit players like Neville, Schneiderlin Lingard etc
Robert Tressell
34 Posted 24/01/2021 at 18:36:02
Sorry Jeff! No offence meant. He's a good player but a bad fit for them. Lingardinho is not for us.

Fernandes Goal !! all the sweeter cos it wasn't even a foul!
Ricky Oak
37 Posted 24/01/2021 at 18:45:48
On the vvd comments all the time, or the other other foul that day, didn't an villa player break seamus leg, on top of spurs player snapping gomes ankle?, its annoying that them fouls never get a mention, yet they were way worse, wasn't they??
Thomas Richards
38 Posted 24/01/2021 at 18:57:02
How the fuck did Pogba get the man of the match?
Chris Langton
39 Posted 24/01/2021 at 19:15:58
Hope we start with Bernard and Tosun to keep them in the shop window.
Kevin Molloy
40 Posted 24/01/2021 at 19:26:36
United targetted LIverpool's youngsters, which doesn't seem right., according to rawk. Typical united not playing fair.
Robert Tressell
41 Posted 24/01/2021 at 19:47:47
Branthwaite's Blackburn beat Boro. He nearly kicked someone's head off in the box, mind you. Might have got sent off + penalty in the Prem.

Wycombe a goal up, come on Wycombe.
Michael Kenrick

Duncan McDine

Doesn't matter who wins tonight... we'll batter either of them
Darren Hind
45 Posted 25/01/2021 at 21:37:46
Spurs it is then.

Let's hope Carlo has learned his lesson from the last cup exit. It's great to beat the minnows and boost the win average and scoring stats, but it counts for nothing if you are not brave enough when the big boys come calling.

Beat Spurs and they might just start to believe.

Thomas (38), I think they pick the name out of a hat. Richarlison got Man of the Match at yesterday's game!!!
Stephen Brown
47 Posted 25/01/2021 at 22:21:19
Just looking at the fixtures. We now have Man Utd away on Monday 8/2 and Spurs in the cup on Wednesday 10/2. This doesn't seem fair to me!!
Rob Halligan
48 Posted 25/01/2021 at 22:33:30
Stephen, I've just looked on the club website to check those dates, and it does say those dates for Man Utd and Spurs. However, I think the Man Utd game depended on cup progress for us and Spurs, so the United game will probably be brought forward to the Saturday or Sunday. By the way, why is the FA Cup game midweek?
