Digital season ticket access

I thought the instructions and link were being sent out by e-mail. Was supposed to be Monday but Everton delayed this to today (Tuesday 10th).

I spoke to a steward at Goodison yesterday (about protocols for Saturday). He had no idea and when I said I'd emailed the Club, he replied that they weren't responding to emails or phone calls but that ticket office would be open from 9am today. Hopefully that will help those who opted for digital access - just glad I'm the old fashioned type who went for the £5 season card!

My plastic credit card size season ticket arrived last week. No little presentation type box, no badge etc, just stuck to a letter.
Sign of the times.

Digital season ticket? With Everton’s history with technology and streaming ‘service’ I wouldn’t take a chance !

Me arl fella was on the phone 3 hours trying to find out when his digital season ticket would be available and was told some time this week, could be mayhem on Saturday with our track record of technology, streaming etc

It tells you everything about this clubs lack of attention to detail that they announced that digital tickets would be issued from Monday the 8th of August - they can’t even get the date right!

Ray, the digital access was the default option hence those of us who wanted a card are in the minority. The club could only guess how many would prefer a card. Bit of a cheek to charge a fiver though!

Despite Bill, my DNA controller, urging me to go digital I opted for the card. I'm not holding my breath but I hope the club has card only gates to alleviate any potential glitches with digital access.

I know of only one person who opted for the digital version. I know a dozen who opted to pay the extra £5 for the card. Get there early on Saturday is sound advice.

No chance of me opting for Digital... I'm bound to lose my mobile! Good old season ticket is the one for me... Now, where did I put the bloody thing!

It’s mid morning Wednesday and still no email or digital ticket - anyone got theirs?

No sign of my email or digital ticket yet. I suppose I'll just turn up at the Box Office at 2.50pm after a couple of pints and hope they can sort it out. What could possibly go wrong?

Stephen, somebody might have mentioned this but have you checked the email address you've given them?

Just added to EFC website re digital tickets.

Relieved that I have paid the fiver for the season card and, proof of my vaccinations arrived in the post today... and for good measure, I actually figured out how to use the NHS app!

Bring it on! You watch, my car will break down on the way there now...

Just a heads up - for those people using a digital ticket, your android phone must support NFC and have it switched on. Mine doesn't, good job I went for the card.
