Danny, I loved Arteta when he played for us, but since then he acts as if he's never heard of ‘Eberton'… he'll deserve the sack whenever it happens. Shocking decision to appoint an assistant coach with no managerial experience as your first team manager for a club the size of Arsenal. It's not as if he's a Gooner legend either! Insane decision making.

I've said many times that rarely do very good footballers make good or outstanding football managers.
The Best Little Spaniard, we know, for me went into this cut throat game too soon and at the wrong level.
My focus is on Everton and let's beat Brighton today and it will be interesting to see the rational on the squad selected today.

Especially when the Chelsea goalkeeper gets a yellow for booting the ball away after conceding the goal Brent.
Chelsea were on a different level to Liverpool in that first half, but Liverpool stayed in the game through sheer hard work, and now have a great chance of beating a superior team because they keep going. Not rocket science but very, very effective.

Very difficult evening. Friends came over for a barbie while their game was on. Really good friend. Very gently guy. Never has a bad word to say about our team. So difficult not to look too smug when it ended 1-1.
Anyone hear the stat on MotD. You know that phrase: "First Impressions Last". Add that to "KITAP1". Alongside that "Boring Fucking Moyes".
Seems that, since Moyes came back to West Ham at the start of December 2019, only Man City, Man Utd, and some other team who we never mention, have scored more goals than WHU.

Didn't get to watch Liverpool v Chelsea as the pubs in Brighton were heaving so we opted to stand on the street. Got in late last night (or was it this morning?), so didn't catch Match of the Day.
Watching now. How much of a beast of a centre forward has Lukaku turned into? Moment in the first half where it should have been 2 - 0 started from Lukaku rolling and bullying his marker. Very similar to last week.

Your point is valid. The only difference between him and Duncan is that, for a certain generation, Duncan is considered a legend and many would have had him as our manager on that basis.
Glad we didn't go there and preserved his reputation. I'm sure he is of the same mindset hence never throwing his hat in the ring.

He's a beast, Danny, but he hit one with his left foot just before halftime, that Van Dijk's block took the sting out of. That's when I wanted to see him feint and take the ball across his back, turning body, from his left foot to right.
That would have left the big Dutch shithouse flat-footed, and we would have all been saying how brilliant Lukaku is, instead of still having doubts about his natural footballing ability!!

Lot of controversy over Man Utd's goal. Pogba's tackle on the Wolves player was shown to be a dangerous tackle where he came in with his studs showing and hit the Wolves player's shin guard, moving it.
